Hydrokinesis, also known as Aquakinesis, is the power to create and manipulate water.
The user can generate, manipulate and control water. The user can also breathe underwater. Other forms of Hydrokinesis are Water Balls, Water Projection and Water materialising.
Hydrokinesis is one of the elemental powers such as: Aerokinesis, Pyrokinesis, Cryokinesis, Electrokinesis and Geokinesis.
